The location was very close to the Palais. Literally across the street. The suite has everything I need. Wifi was also good.
Karim, the host is very communicative and responsive. So check in was super easy.
Host is so friendly and speaks very good English so it was really easy for me to communicate with him. He also drives a taxi so he took me back to Nice for my day visiting there. He even doubled as my tour guide and took me to Monaco to see the sights while explaining all the history of the area.
Karim was very hospitable. Superb location that is 1 minute away from Palais Des Festival.
Location was really perfect. One minute walk to beach and even half distance to main streets and restaurants. All houseware were functional and easy to use. Its very clean and super silence despite been very heart of city center.
Lots of space. Well equipped. Host was very accommodating and on time for both arrival and check out.
