I did not notice from the description that this hotel is actually within the residence for seniors, which is their main buisiness. It was a bit of surprise and took me some time to cope with. We liked a lot the location, the view from the apartment. Everything was convenient and a lot of space. Huge advantage was underground parking in the same building, included in the price. It was positive experience overall. We would like to thank the employees on the reception and the woman, responsible for cleaning, for the work they are doing. As well, as the manager of the residence for her professional approach to dealing with the complains.

Very clean premises and the apartment as well. We found coffee and tea bags for use in the room, comfortable balcony with table and chairs. Good size beds with comfortable mattresses in both bedrooms.The reception was very friendly and helpful!They explain where is the metro and tram station.

There's a boulangerie and a boucherie right in front of the hotel. It is very calm and safe nearby, and easy to get access to Trams. Staffs were also nice and kind.

Very secure especially if you want to have relaxation or medical recovery. Groceries across the street street. Mall within 12 minutes walk. Secure parking. Secure entrance 247. Suitable for medical retreat very much. No youngsters.
