This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. It's not located in the center of the city but you can easily get there on a taxi or a tram. The tram station was very close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and we did have a very nice stay.
Exceptional hotel breakfast, helpful staff, and good facilities.
Overall, our stay at DoubleTree hotel was comfortable, and we appreciated the air-conditioned rooms, which made a big difference. As a family of five, we booked two rooms, which worked well for us.
The hotel offered a good breakfast selection, though the dinner options were somewhat limited. The location is convenient, being just 15-20 minutes from the city center, and there’s public transportation available right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around if you don not have a car. Additionally, there’s a small shopping center located just down the street, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
I most definitely need to commend Mathieu at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made our stay much more comfortable. His exceptional service stood out and made a significant difference.
