The location is excellent. A tourist area but yet quiet and private near the Ledru-Rollin and Bastille metro stations and a Monoprix grocery store. The apartment is very "Paris" like, charming, clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a bathroom with a washing machine upstairs and half a bathroom downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped although we never did any cooking while we were there. David met us on arrival and was very welcoming, sweet and easy to talk to!

We loved staying at this property!! It was extremely clean and very comfortable, we loved getting back from a day of walking and metro to the nice shower and comfy couch! The host was very helpful and responding very quickly with any questions. The location is near so many nice stores, bakeries, places to go out, and restaurants. The metro is also right across the street! would 100% stay here again!!

Great location, around shops and restaurants, nice apartment in a silent yard of an old house on 3rd level - yes you need to walk up in hold houses and they have no aircondition, it’s not a modern hotel but an original Paris apartment ;) Very clean, well equipped. Very friendly team.
