This nice apartment is very well located; it is just one block away from the most beautiful abbey: L’abbeye aux hommes. The historic center, Chateau de Caen and other museums are 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The gare SNCF and routiere are 15 minutes away by bus. Take bus number 1 from the gare, stop: place Saint Martin. This is a very easy and pleasant ride with scenic views of the city. The apartment has been recently renovated, everything is new. It is just like the pictures show. Pretty good/fast internet, big tv, nice living room with a big and comfortable couch, well equipped kitchen. Small dining table that can be used as a desk. Very quiet at night! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, comfortable bed, nice shower. Plenty of space for luggage. You can really get comfortable here. The host was very cordial and gave precise information in a timely manner.
