Le duplex a été refait avec goût et l’espace y est optimisé. On a largement de la place à 4 personnes. L’isolation thermique et phonique est assurée par du double vitrage. La position géographique est parfaite pour rayonner sur Colmar et sa région.

Le logement est neuf, décoré avec goût bien adapté pour 5 adultes . Ou pour 6 avec des enfants .
Le propriétaire est très accueillant et est disponible en cas de besoin . Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied du Leclerc et à 5 minutes en voiture de Colmar centre . Idéal pour visiter la région ou pour un pied à terre travail . Merci Joel pour cette belle parenthèse 😀
