Excellent location and well-appointed apartment. Clean and comfortable for us, which was two adults and one 5-year-old. We visited in the winter, and the apartment was perfectly warm despite being cold outside. This was a concern of mine going into the trip because you never know how well older buildings hold heat, so I was relieved that it was perfect. The apartment is in a nice location near the best shopping Paris has to offer and is on a street with loads of cafes. We liked that we were able to pop downstairs to eat if we wanted. This came in particularly handy one day when it was raining. I'd stay again if we were ever in Paris.
We loved the apartment, it was quite spacious, clean and decorated nicely. Location was perfect, very central but not crazy touristy. A lot of caffes and restaurants around, which is good but some people may be disturbed by the noise. It does get really noisy at night, shutters help, but still something to consider if you are traveling for reasons other than having fun and staying out late.
Overall very pleased with the apartment. Maybe the shower cabin was a bit too small, but still ok. Hosting company not very responsive on whatsapp, but we somehow managed without their assistance (all the essential info and guidance was provided)
locatie was top. Appartement was heel goed gelegen. Er waren allerlei fijne spulletjes neergelegd zoals vaatwasserblokjes, koffie, etc. Aankomstprocedure was helder. Er werd ook meer informatie gegeven over extra zaken zoals bagageopslag etc.
