It's very easy to catch the metro down the street, and lots of local cafes and restaurants to try out. The apartment felt safe and the split floor plan was great for two friends traveling together. Wi-fi worked really well. It's a perfect affordable place to stay that is not in a touristy area. The balcony was nice as well. You're in a busy city so bring your ear plugs, but that is expected in Paris. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but did not have essentials like cooking oil, so you will need to buy that. Thank you!

Very good localization just in front of the bus stop, 500m from metro station. Quite big appartment. Well equipped. Good communication with the landlord.
