Communication regarding check-in was timely, extensive and thorough. Jean-Paul met us at the apartment and provided initial information. The apartment is excellent. All rooms are well equipped, clean and tidy. Kitchen equipment and utensils are extensive and appropriate. The balcony overlooks Ajaccio harbour and town. A very pleasant view, especially of the cruise ships arriving and departing. Car parking is on site, but if arriving back late in the evening, parking space is more difficult, but not impossible, to find. We had a couple of maintenance issues and informed Jean-Paul at 8pm, and at 9am the following day he arrived and fixed the issues. He brought a couple of Corsican delicacies for us to eat, a very nice gesture. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the apartment and would highly recommend it.
Appartement très confortable, tout équipé (cuisine totalement fonctionnelle, linge de bain et draps fournis), climatisé, dans une résidence calme et sûre. Très belle vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Parking de la résidence bien pratique, où l'on trouve des places facilement en journée, un peu plus délicat en fin de soirée pour être juste à côté de la résidence, mais il y a toujours des places un peu plus loin. Contact très facile et simple avec le propriétaire, très avenant, qui nous a proposé de venir nous accueillir le lendemain matin de notre arrivée très tardive. Il nous avait laissé de l'eau fraîche au réfrigérateur et des petits biscuits pour grignoter. Plage de l'Aspretto accessible à pied (10 minutes), et place du Ricanto (beaucoup plus grande) facilement accessible en voiture (10 minutes).
