Room and bathroom were of good size, very clean. It was nice to have hardwood floor and not carpet.
The location is really quiet and dark at night so good conditions for sleeping
The bedding was ok too.
No restaurant on site but always possible to ask for dinner . Breakfast is included and served in coworking space : for an early start, you can ask for a tray to be prepared.

We had a very pleasant stay. Quality home made breakfast and dinner with organic and local products.
Staff was always friendly and helpful . The owner, Karine, is of great kindness. Bedroom and bathroom decorated with good taste and eco materials in every single detail. Perfect location for visiting Rennes and surroundings. The pool was perfect for relaxing.
Property renovated to an amazingly high standard, everything was perfect. Welcoming owners, gorgeous dinner and breakfast. The pool and outside terrace was a huge bonus given the heatwave. We plan to return!
Very friendly staff, excellent facilities. More suited to Spa, though we just wanted accommodation as in cycling trip. Bedroom comfortable and great shower.
Somewhere safe to store bicycles.
Lovely healthy dinner in the evening and also breakfast.
The owner also kindly gave us a small box of biscuits for our onward travels.
