The location of this apartment is fantastic, short walking distance to everything. The street it's on is lively. There are great views from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed. The host was excellent and very informative of the area. Could not recommend more and would definitely return if staying in nice again.

The most perfect location in all of Nice. Central to all the transportation (tram stop 50m away, Nice-Ville Train station only a 10 minute walk), airport only a 15 min drive, Old Nice only a 10 minute walk also. Beach proximity is amazingly close. Bathroom was clean and tidy, whole room was very neat. Washer & dryer also helped with a longer stay. The most perfect accomodation in my experience and would happily recommend to family and friends and anyone else.

All the important things were great. The building had an elevator which is quite handy when I go up and down during the holidays so many times, the house was really nice as well with a perfect location and all the things needed for a nice stay. All the appliances worked well, the windows are quite good and block the sound from the exterior and the A/C keeps the house fresh even with the hot summers in Nice.

The perfect location in the middle of nice city centre, close to the beach and a very short walk to old town. The host was super friendly. Don’t be put off by the sofa bed, it’s super comfy and worth it for the location and price of stay.
