The house is so perfectly located we managed to beat the traffic to the dune du pilat in 10min. La teste is a charming small town, a lot less crowded than nearby Arcachon (and cheaper), shops and restaurants are within 15 to 20min walks. The house is great value for a small family and the host kindly let us in earlier than planned and took the time to explain everything about the house and share tips about the area. Beds were comfortable and so was the sofa bed.
