Super location in old Nice just off the main plaza. Quiet considering location. Nice and cool with AC. Facilities were great - fully equipped kitchen (even left us some wine, water and coffee pods). Wonderful little touches like some universal adaptors for idiots like me who forget them. Hosts and property manager were super quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. This was also amazingly affordable. Beds were comfy (funny set up with two loft rooms but have sliding doors and blinds for privacy, noise and light).

Modern, clean, spacious, with lots of towels, shampoo, toilet paper, hair driers, details, things to use from the kitchen that were useful.
Perfect location, perfect host, perfect facilities, the host went the extra mile to make guests welcome and thought about everything for a pleasant stay.
