A combination of a door code and a lockbox with the keys. Great instructions and the host promised to be online should it not work; we arrive late due to cancelled trains and a late bus. The flat is smallish but very clean and cosy and well-equipped with a top-notch bathroom. The location is great, but a few minutes from the historical centre of Mulhouse. The host was very helpful and was easy to reach (we were repeatedly delayed arriving there). Highly recommended!

The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages and we loved the apartment. It was in a great location right on the square with restaurants nearby., 10 min easy walk from the train station There was construction work going on in the square during the day which would disturb you a bit if you were in all day, but we were mostly out and it ended by 17.00 or 18.00. It was very quiet in the evening despite being centrally located. The apartment was lovely and bright, very well equipped, bed extremely comfortable and a great shower. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

The apartment was spacious, charming, and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are functional with everything you need even for a relatively long stay. It's in the city center, right across from restaurants and cafes, and very convenient.
