The staff was wonderfully helpful and the location was perfect for exploring Lyon in all directions! The room was a comfortable size and was quiet. A kettle was provided upon request. I was switched to another room when the WiFi was not reaching/working in the room I was upgraded to. The hotel had a very stylish lobby.

The location of the hotel was terrific, right next to the main plaza and within easy walking distance of the major sites and near many wonderful restaurants. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We were travelling with a large group, but the breakfast menu was comprehensive and met the needs of the entire group.

Great privacy, great sound insulation from both the street and the other rooms. Beautiful building in a great location.

Great location. Walking distance from all the attractions. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room, with lots of space and a big toilet. Breakfast was good.
