I liked that the property was situated so close to a tram stop which meant we could easily get to bus stops and the train station. The flat is also only 20 mins away from the airport which is very handy. The garden is very useful for drying clothes. The owner was sooo useful. It was quite hot so we asked for a fan in the bedroom and she bought and delivered one instantly. The flat was extremely clean upon arrival and the neighbours were lovely too. There is a Lidl 3 min walk away and a monoprix (supermarket) also 3 mins away so it’s handy if you want to make lunches or buy snacks.

Le logement est très spacieux, très calme et vraiment très très bien situé. La place de parking est réellement un plus très appréciable à Nice. Le tram est à 2mn à pied et nous amène directement au centre de Nice.
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, sofort Unterstützung durch den Vermieter. Dieser ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wirklich sofort verfügbar. Er hat die Wohnung laut eigener Aussage erst vor kurzem übernommen und ist aktuell permanent daran, Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut in Ordnung und Alles ist da (Kaffee, Gewürze, Waschmittel). Die Lage ist optimal. Die Straßenbahn Linie 1 (Richtung Zentrum ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit) fährt ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ein Carrefour und Lidl Supermarkt ist auch direkt in der Nähe.
