The hotel was in the perfect location. About a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and right next to a lot of shopping. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning in a beautiful room in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
The staff were ALL wonderful: polite, friendly, welcoming, informative…nothing was too much trouble. Good range of languages spoken. Check in/out seamless, no wait and all straightforward. Luggage store at check out and generous check in/out times.
Location was great, right in the center of everything.
Room was spacious.
We have an issue with the bathroom, and the staff managed to fix it promptly.
