The property is a rustic, step-back-in-time, updated first floor apartment. It is spacious and uniquely decorated. Xavier is a most helpful host. Its position is very central.

Really lovely apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Apartment was spacious and clean. The owner was lovely, he had some bottled water and local cider chilled in the fridge for us. Location was perfect, an easy 5 min walk to main area. Parking was included with the apartment which is a real bonus as public parking in Granville was very hard to find. Great base for a stay in granville
Location was spot on. Adjacent to the beach and town centre - ideal really.
There is ample private parking for your car at the property with a private parking chain across the entrance
