Excellent location. Very clean room, in a quiet area.
Close to town centre. Well equipped. Good contact with host.
The location was great - just on the edge of the city center, so only a few minutes walk to everything; restaurants, stores, bars, and several trail heads, gondolas (including the Plan Aiguille Cable Car), trains and the Charmonix Sud bus stop. Everything about the place is tiny but definitely sufficient for one person, maybe two if they're friendly. I spent most of my time there on the balcony which is great, with a terrific view of the mountains. The bed is a pull-out sleeper sofa which made me nervous but it was easy to work and much more comfortable than I expected. The host was great, and very responsive to all my questions before my stay.

Irina was proactive in being always available for any questions/issues. My queries were attended to almost immediately. Apartment was clean and very functional. Had everything one needed. Bed (pullout sofa) was extremely comfortable... slept as well as if it was a regular bed
