My son stayed in this apt for about 3 months. The location is very convenient, it served him well. There is a bakery below and many restaurants around as well as a gym, which was important for my son. The bed was comfortable, the apt., although small had all the necessary utilities. It was very convenient to get in touch with the host, who assisted us throughout the stay.
