The host was very friendly and easy to reach. He gave us lots of information about the city. I've been to nice several times, but it was the first time to stay in an apartment. I traveled with my child, so it was very important that the apartment has good access to city attractions. There are lots of nice restaurants, supermarket, cafes in walking distance (close enough for 3 years old). We took a nice sunny beach walk every morning. The apartment had everything we needed for the stay.
