Excellent location. Great view. The outdoor balcony was a plus.
Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais and about 25 minutes' walk from the old town. The house is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with high quality accessories for cooking, laundry, etc. The view from the balcony was magnificent but too noisy because of the traffic on the street (it's the same all along the Promenade des Anglais). However, noise was not a problem inside the house when the balcony door was closed. Taking of the house keys was also quick and uncomplicated. I would recommend this accommodation if you are planning a family vacation as in your home but close to the beach in beautiful Nice.
Agency was excellent at keeping in contact, we collected keys after hours but no issues, video footage and photos very helpful.
Spacious well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Immediate access to beach, restaurants and transport.
