We loved our stay at this apartment during our visit to Nice. The apartment is very well located, with plenty of supermarkets nearby, the nearest tram stop a 5 minute walk away and the Promenade des Anglias just a little further - it was amazing to be able to walk down the road for a morning swim! The apartment is really nicely decorated, with everything you would ever need for a stay in Nice (including a hairdryer and dishwasher). The balcony was a lovely bonus to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Natia was extremely responsive and helpful, was flexible with our check-in and check-out timings and even gave us some nice tips of places to see and visit. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody (solo or couples) visiting Nice.

Really nice decorated appartment, on a good location, near to a lot of bakeries and shops. It is also near to the train station so you can easily catch trains to Cannes, Monaco, etc. The place is clean and tidy, with everyrhing you need for your stay. The balcony is small but enough to have your morning cofffee with a view to the see! The host is really polite and responsive!
