Trés bel appartement mansardé dans ancien immeuble en pierres. Spacieux, grande cuisine bien équipé, trés lumineux avec verrière de toit. Nombreuses prises, grande table et plan de travail. Trés bonne situation au centre ville d'auxerre, proche commerces, supermarché, restaurants, bars.
