We had a wonderful room for 2 adults and 2 teens. There was a large king bed and upstairs there were 3 single beds. There was lots of storage space, a huge shower and sink area and separate toilet. Everything appeared very new. The airconditioning was very welcome out of the hot city. We were close to the train station for arrival and departure and the tram line was a few 100 m away which brought us down to the old town and the sea in approx 3 stops.
Staff friendliness, clean comfortable room. Great location. Balcony was a bonus.

Clean, great location, helpful staff. Can’t comment on breakfast as we did not eat there. Upgraded to a suite and early check in without asking.

Best Location. It is 100m from the tram station and very close to Promenade des Anglais. Staff was helpful
