This hotel is an absolute dream. The service was impeccable, breakfast included all you can imagine, with local pastries and specialties (e.g., chestnut honey). The mountain views from the terrace (ideal for sunset aperitif), restaurant and the two infinity pools were just gorgeous. The rooms very spacious, very modern, and located in a way that you get a lot of privacy and almost feel like you have the resort for yourself. We wanted to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked (despite it being out of season!). We will definitely be back soon.
This hotel is fabulous! The amenities, the food, the quality of the place is over the top. I wish I had.stayed much longer and look forward to a return visit.
Everything! Location, room, ambience, staff and food all excellent
The emphasis at this hotel is tranquillity, relaxation and exemplary service. Don't expect some of the "bells & whistles" you might get at mainstream 5* chain hotels. Instead the USP here is one of superb customer service, where all of the staff will go out of their way to make sure every aspect of your visit is the best it can be. We had a wonderful stay and I'm sure we will return.
The attention to detail, the friendliness of the staff, the fabulous facilities all helped to make this a memorable stay.
