We we're at the arok hotel for 1 night. It was very close to the center en we chose the recommended parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very modern and had a big shower.

Stayed for one night on our honeymoon and the managers were kind to upgrade us to a better room in the renovated building. Everything was brand new, and the room was perfect with a great view. Thank you!

Property and location across from train station was excellent value. There were a few cafes nearby as well as a small grocery store.

Location (next to the station), cleanliness, quiet.

This is the only place we stay when we come to Strasbourg. The staff always exceeds our expectations and this trip was no different. We were in a tight bind when our hotel in Hamburg canceled our reservation with less than 12 hours notice. The gentleman at the desk let me use the office phone for a solid 45 minutes to resolve our problem.
