Location, on-site parking, good restaurant, clean and comfortable, nice and polite staff.
The staff was very friendly upon our arrival, even though we arrived 1 hour before check in they let us occupy the room, this was really a big plus as we wanted to take a shower after 8 hours of traveling before going out to see the city.
Very well located, literally 5 minutes walking from the cathedral, the room was small but cozy, we loved it!
Close proximity to Reims Cathedral, Christmas markets, shops
Very central location. Staff was very nice. No air conditioning or lift. Large windows could be opened, however a lot of street noise at night with windows open.
Location is perfect, a very short walk from the Cathedral. My room was small, but easily adequate for my needs: I was traveling very light as a pilgrim walker on the Via Francigena.
