Amazing location, good parking facilities and the staff were very helpful
Well kept property on a great location with an excellent cocktail bar and fantastic staff
The service. The manager and the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was brutally hot and the central air conditioning failed . They did everything that they could to accomodate the guests.

very comfortable bed. Hotel is underrated at 9.1 on Booking.com per my opinion. It is an old historic building located at center of Cognac. I would rate it at 9.9 in consideration of old carpet although it is clean.
The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced. Every person was so kind and helpful. The room was beyond my expectations - impeccably clean. Outstanding shower and bathroom. Inside parking. Excessive breakfast choices.
