The front desk staff did a great job. Very friendly. Willing to speak with me both in French and English. Check-in very smooth. Appreciated champagne in room though we didn’t have time to drink it! The family room was great to allow additional sleeping room, though a little disruptive to have to access bathroom at night.
The staff was exceptional in providing service. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Coffee is available all day and is very tasty. The hotel is within walking distance to many sites to visit. It is also a minute walk to a hop-on-hop-off buss. A very enjoyable place to stay.
The location was amazing for walking and quick transit to all the attractions on our list. We had such a warm welcome upon checkin. Sabrina was exceptional and made us feel at home. Our room was clean and very comfortable.
The room was really spacious, clean and really nice. The staff left a handwritten note to welcome us which was really kind.
