Beautifully decorated and wonderful staff! Location was fantastic.
Convenient location, comfortable room, helpful staff!
The hotel is very central but my room was very quiet. It's a nice hotel, more than the usual sterile rooms, it has personality. The room is impeccably clean, the bathroom is sufficiently big, the chairs soft and comfortable. You have your kettle if you feel like having a tea or a coffee in the room, and you can always take some fresh water from the reception. The hotel pays attention to sustainability.

We arrived early because we took the overnight bus from Lyon. I was did not sleep well on the bus. We went to the hotel and dropped off our bags and they said come back at 10:30 am and they may have our room ready. I came back at 10 am and it was ready!
I have been in Bordeaux before and this is an excellent location.
