We had booked a room for two people and had a third person join us at the last minute. The hotel was able to upgrade us to a bigger room with a sofa bed. We needed an iron, and the hotel provided us with it along with an iron stand that we were able to keep in our room for the duration of our stay. Overall, it was a great atmosphere. The staff was very professional and polite. And everything was very comfortable. The location was great. Very close to a metro station. And very close to the eiffel tower.

They were very attentive and prepared for our visit, meaning the third bed was made up and a welcome note with placed on the bed. Plenty of towels for three people. We felt special and cared for during our visit. It was easy.

The staff was exceptional and incredibly hospitable. Also got to meet a lot of great travelers staying in the hotel.

Very close to attractions and nice bakeries. Very friendly and helpful staff.
