Friendly staff, clean room, walking distance to Gare du nord, large room and large bathroom, drinking water available at the lobby and free (much appreciated when walking back in hot summer!) and proper coffee in the lobby too! And the heater in the bathroom. Many good things!!
The staff are more than amazing, super helpful always greeting you with a smile and always have the will to answer all of your questions happily. The room was super clean and I even loved the mini satchel of chocolates they had left. For me I found the room was bigger than most of the other hotels i stayed in.
They offer cold water and coffee 24hrs. Awesome staff.
The location was wonderful and though the room was small the balcony windows made the room feel breezy and open.
Very clean, comfortable bedding, great views. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Optional breakfast was great.
