The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, they were there for us.

Comfortable room, exceptionally kind and welcoming staff, cold AC, great views of a beautiful Paris street, services in the area.
The shower is spacious and has good water pressure with nice toiletries. I appreciated that there was sufficient handles/hooks to hang the towels and shelf space next to the sink to put toiletries. This is something that is often missing in hotels. Once our rooms were changed, I found the bed large and comfortable. The room was quiet and up on the 4th floor. This meant there was sufficient day light. The gentleman responsible for our room change was very accommodating and tried his best to find a better room for us, giving us some choices. That was much appreciated.
Amazing location, very polite and friendly staff, the rooms are small, but very clean and cozy and very Parisian-like. Will definitely be coming back!
