Staff was so friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & comfy.

Place location is great walking distance from train station and markets, staff English is bad , but they will do the best to help you out, big plus if you speak Spanish because they do!

The location was great, a cozy, quiet street, delicious bakeries nearby, markets - where you can buy everything, you can walk to the Louvre in 30 minutes, we really liked the staff, especially the guy, I don't remember his name, but he helped us a lot with locations, how to get to Versailles, he explained in detail and printed out each street and stop for us, thanks him for that,I recommend place for everybody.

The location is convenient to metro and bus stops, very quiet at night, which is great. There is cooking facilities, so it's helpful. And air conditioning.

Nice size room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Was nice having a kitchenette and the option to cook bacon and eggs for breakfast and small meals at night. Kitchen has a small pop-up table we used to eat our meals. Shower was nice and roomy, with good pressure. Was about 30 minutes from all the major highlights of the city, which didn't bother us since we like to eat and get the exercise. A large grocery store, pharmacy, shopping just a few minutes walk up the street. Budget apartment at a great price in Paris!
