The team is great and very supportive The location is great and near to metro and train station via Avenue Carnot

The hotel and room I booked exceed my exceptions I didn't expect a view either which was nice we had a great view a little of the arc de triomphe.

It was my first time in Paris, and wow, this hotel was great, from the location, the service, etc. The people at the reception were always friendly. The day I had to check out, I didn't even know where to leave my suitcases because I had a few more hours before going to the airport. They kindly told me that I could leave my suitcases and that they would take care of them. I plan to return to Paris soon and of course I will return to this hotel.

The location is wonderful, the staff is very kind, the rooms are very clean. I was a little hesitant at first due to some comments but everything was fine. It is a full price performance hotel.

Kind and always ready to help staff, level of service exceeded all expectation, really great location, 5 min walk fro Arc du Triumph.
