We loved absolutely everything about our stay here as a family of four. I have never experienced such good service across the board, from the shuttle drivers, the front reception, the ski shop or the restaurant staff. Absolutely everyone was warm, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.
Food was excellent - we were half board. We had 2 dinners out during the week at L’Arbina and Les Terrasses and whilst the food was good, service there no where near the same standard at Voulezvous and the restaurant Il Savoia which we simply loved. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice.
The staff at the ski shop were amazing. So good with the kids and so helpful when getting ready to hit the slopes or returning back.
I highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing view onto the mountains from the room. We had chosen the half board option, the restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel is only 1 year old, very modern, beautifully decorated and ideally located at the bottom of the ski slopes. It takes 50 meters by foot to reach the ski slopes. The fact that the boots and skis can be rented on the premises is definitely a plus! The staff in the ski shop is devoted to make you fell comfortable. Than you very much to all staff for their devotion in making the holidays unforgettable!
Great facilities, beautiful hotel with every amenities you can think off, the location is perfect to get to the slopes, and most of all, an incredible staff, very helpful and friendly. I would go back without hesitation.
