Reception staff were especially kind and helpful. The location was perfect for accessing the train station and buses to the airport. Great price for a safe place to stay. The building architecture in an unusual footprint was interesting, too.
The room was fantastic. Looking to the canal and the road with a sweet balcony. Very bright and silent even being on the main road. Very clean. Wi fi was fine. You can chat with the italian lady in reception desk :-)
Very friendly staff! We felt very welcomed. The location is perfect. A short walk to the Capitole. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Kept to a very high standard.
This hotel has a super location for exploring the outlying n areas(Carcassonne, Albi), as it is close to bus and train connections. Rooms were small, but tidy and had good beds. Those overlooking the Canal du Mid were pleasant, and well soundproofed. Sttaff was friendly and helpful.
It was a great stay for an overnight trip! Super close to the train station which made things very easy for my early departure! Everything was clean, hot water, good wifi, and the front staff were super helpful!!
