Very nice room; location an easy walk to downtown in one direction and to a grocery store in the other. Very helpful staff, with spot-on recommendations for dinner in town. Although located on a busy road, my room, facing the road, was perfectly quiet.
The staff helped me get laundry done and were very kind.
Hiking on the Via Francigena, it's a long slog on city streets to get to the hotel but it is very close to the trail, which was great. It's a nice place to stay, nothing pretentious and it certainly met our needs. Breakfast is available (for a price) - we didn't try it, but it appeared to be popular with both guests and some locals.
For dinner, recommend Restaurant La Table de Gustave which is located on a quiet square. Food was great, a very relaxing atmosphere after a long day of hiking.
Very courteous and helpful staff. Very convenient. The interior rooms are quieter and have a nicer view
The hotel is very close to the main square (place Courbet) without being affected rhe busy-ness of the square. Our room (11) was very quiet with regard to outside noise (although there was some sound from the next floor up).
Breakfast was good value for the money (€9); however, some real muesli as well as corkflakes and that other sugary cereal would have been nice.
