Staffs are very nice and considerable. Staffs are not often at front desk. I feel totally free, relaxed and comfortable every time when back or leave the hotel.
Simple but sufficient hotel at easy to reach location around the corner of Gare de L'Est. It's simple but everything works. 24 hour reception, and very good value for your money
