It is near the main railway station at Matabiau to where a bus will bring you from the airport.
The room had air conditioning although it was cool enough (early July) so you did not have have it on during the night.
There was a socket if you needed to charge anything although your charger needs to have a European type plug.
Even though the room was small there was still a chair and table.
There was a TV with lots of channels but my French was not good enough.
The staff was great, very fluent and helpful. the bed and room was small but comfortable. It was quiet. the small room and bathroom very comfortable. I was able to find on street parking. We were only there one night. The AC worked well and the room was quiet, cool and comfortable.
We stayed in a room out of the hotel, in a different building. It ended up being bigger than we expected. It was clean and comfortable. We recommend it.
For the money you pay, the hotel is not just good, but amazing! These are very clean rooms in the city center, with clean, quality bedding and towels, and a good smell.
All this is in the city center, close to everything.

For the price it allows you to sleep. Just that. The room size was small, like a closet. You have to be careful if you move. The location is great. It is good for 1 night and if if you are not gonna spend much time in it.
