Location, size of apartment and well equipped kitchen. The rooftop was nice but wrong time of year to enjoy it.
The appartment is next to the station; not central, but a nice walk, or two stops by the metro.
The terrace, the rooms and the whole flat is like on the photos; I really recommend it, we loved being there.
