The host is very kind and always quick reply to our request. I thought there is no air conditioner there are 2 one for both living and bed room, it was very helpful for kids. We could find some supermarkets and restaurants close to the building. The building is old but we could have comfortable time.

Perfect location, near beach, 10 minutes walking from tramstation Alsace Lorraine and 20 minutes from Nice Ville trainstation. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Many kitchen utilities available, enough towels for a week stay, balcony on rather quiet street.
