The host is very kind and always quick reply to our request.
I thought there is no air conditioner there are 2 one for both living and bed room, it was very helpful for kids.
We could find some supermarkets and restaurants close to the building.
The building is old but we could have comfortable time.

The location was good and the property was exactly like advertised in the pictures. It was easy to get around the city, the beach, and grocery stores and everything we needed.
The location was excellent and we had everything we needed for us and our small children. We appreciated the little toys for the children.
Perfect location, near beach, 10 minutes walking from tramstation Alsace Lorraine and 20 minutes from Nice Ville trainstation. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
Many kitchen utilities available, enough towels for a week stay, balcony on rather quiet street.
