Sonja's home is beautiful and complete with a kitchen. Her home is located in a beautiful area of Nice ,just a few minutes walk from the beach and a couple of blocks away from Transit. I would definitely recommend staying here as you get a true feel for the beautiful city .

- beautiful interior, well decorated, very cosy, nice colours, very practical - clean and not worn out - fully equipped apartment - washing machine, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, all the kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, heating plate, dishwasher, coffee machine) - spacious, perfect for two people - big and comfortable bed with a great mattress - separate toilet - small balcony with table and chairs - I liked the location - a few minutes walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, same for the tram station (the one you get to when taking a tram from the airport), close to the main train station, also bakery just down the corner and Lidl shop not far away - good Wifi in the apartment - good communication with the managing person as well as the owners

- clean and well-stocked (kitchen appliances are new and there are a lot of utensils) - all the information and travel tips were given upon arrival - the hosts accommodated us early, as our flight was in the morning - bed is soft and comfortable - dishwasher! - welcome drink :) - the building itself is pretty nice - there is a beach umbrella and a beach bag for guests - 10 minutes on foot to the beach - Netflix preinstalled on the TV - supermarket around - nice balcony

Perfect location, close to the beach and the train station. Located practically in the center on a quiet street. Morning coffee on the terrace ;)
