Sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum. Sehr ruhige, ebenerdige und äusserst komfortable Ateliers. Industrial Flair und voll ausgestattet. Wir waren beeindruckt.

L'emplacement est excellent. La qualité du confort et la combinaison de l'utilisation du bois et d'une décoration simple et fonctionnelle font du studio un endroit douillet et très confortable. L'attention de Gérard est très accueillante. L'endroit est très intime et calme, sans bruit ni pollution lumineuse, ce qui rend le repos optimal.
La localisation (proche des commerces et transports).
Le propriétaire très disponible et gentil. Petit appartement très sympathique, bien situé, tout à proximité et à pieds. Les petites attentions de Gérard (jus d'orange, confiture, café, lait...) sont très appréciables et propreté irréprochable
