Apartment is very spacious, it is located right in the center, in the historical type of building, but everything is working very well - all facilities, including water, heating, kitchen, internet - all in a very good condition. The location is very quiet at night, which is good if you want to sleep well. Multiple really good restaurants are within short walking distance, just around the corner. Several options to park a car - free parking recommended by host was tightly packed to be honest, decided not to park there, but paid parking is big and not expensive.
The location was great - right in the center. Pezenas is a good place to visit Carcassone, Narbonne, Sete, Beziers, Saint Guilhem le Desert. I highly recomend it.
