L'immeuble en lui-même, possibilité de se garer en face. L'agencement du studio et le confort du matelas ainsi que la propriété.
Réactivité de la propriétaire qui m'a octroyé un studio un peu plus grand (le Sirocco) car apparemment petit souci avec le studio (L'Aviateur).
