Location, a big space that can fit the whole family
It’s such an incredible old building with huge character - lots of original features mixed with a beautiful sympathetic renovation. It’s very stylish yet comfortable and super clean.
The location was perfect. The suite nice and clean. The sofa/bed was not very comfortable. Appartment very spacious and perfect to stay for 3 days and explore the surroundings of Honfleur.
The apartment is in a great location, right at the centre of town, on a pretty street with restaurants, shops and a bar. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning - exposed beams, gorgeous antique furniture, massive windows onto the city - just fantastic. Check-in is very easy with a key code. There is a lovely private courtyard where you can have a BYOB drink (although note it is shared by a few apartments in the building). We couldn’t have been happier with this place, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Honfleur.
Be aware that it could be loud at night. On the Saturday night in August when we stayed, the bar down the street was going strong (music, shouting, etc) until 1/2am. I thought it was great atmosphere, but it could bother a light sleeper.
