The apartment is very cozy and spacious! It is in a very central and calm neighborhood!

So adorable, Francoise also checked in on us several times, was super friendly and obviously available, but everything was so good already, we didn't need any help! Others have said it's definitely not for the infirm, which is definitely true based on the staircase, but it does add so much historical charm vibes!!
Just as the photos and description, lovely quirky apartment in the heart of old Rennes. Not for those with poor mobility, and you will bang your head.
Really quiet location, no noise from neighbours at all during our stay. Clean and tastefully decorated.
This flat is in a charming part of old Rennes. The flat is in a very old building, which means it has a few quirks, such as uneven floors and a bathroom on the second floor, but overall it is very nice and a good place to stay for a couple of days. Getting into the flat was straightforward and communication with the host was excellent.
