Great location. Very close to the bus that brings you to Avoriaz, very close to the Pleney Lift (main lift in Morzine), and even closer to the button lift that you can take to ski down to Pleney. Spar and Carrefour about a 10/15 min walk away.
Constantly warm and cosy, good kitchen facilities, perfect for 2 people (4 people would be tight) where you don't plan on being in the accommodation for much of the day. Appeared to be very clean. Thin walls mentioned in other review, but we had no disruptions when there.
Staff in the accommodation rental office were a pleasure to deal with. Late arrival easily accommodated for. Any questions about the stay answered with a smile.
Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch!
